Damien & Mike have an incredibly rich repertoire of traditional songs, and also draw on the work of modern folk writers including Peter Bellamy, Ewan MacColl, and Mike Waterson. Damien is a stylish and distinctive singer, unaccompanied, or with guitar or concertina. Youngest of the inimitable Wilson Family, Mike has a musical heritage emphatically of the North East. The Everyman Folk Club meets on the last Friday of each month during January to May and September to November. Doors open at 7.00pm and all events start at 7.30pm prompt. With Residents, Floor Singers and a Booked Guest Artist on every occasion, there is always a warm welcome for new performers and audience members and our friendly, traditional folk club.
